Diana Torres-Brito earned a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in French from the University of California, Berkeley before obtaining her J.D. from UCLA School of Law. She is licensed to practice in California and as well as all the federal districts in California.
As a seasoned bankruptcy attorney, Diana brings a wealth of experience to the firm. She has provided creditor bankruptcy representation in all chapters of bankruptcy proceedings, including litigation in adversary proceedings, motion practice, claim filings, oppositions to plans of reorganization and defensive litigation. She’s also experienced in all levels of mortgage servicing, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, and loss mitigation. While leading the bankruptcy department at KJF, Diana is quickly expanding her practice into civil litigation.
Out of the office, Diana enjoys hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with her family.
